Shu Pulong has helped at least 1,000 people bitten by snakes. “It was seeing people with snakes bites that led me to this career(职业，生涯),” he said. Baseball(棒球) is a very popular sport in the USA. Many people enjoy this game. It is sometimes called “the most popular game” in the USA. Many Americans think that it is the national sport.
Baseball is played by two teams of nine men each. Different men have different jobs when the team is on the field. Each team must try to score more points than the other team. A point is scored when one man hits the ball and then runs around the playing field to each of the four bases(垒).
