Dear Mr Price,

I have eaten in your restaurant many times and have always been happy with the food and service. This makes what happened last Saturday even more disappointing.

It was my son's birthday so we booked a no - smoking * table at your restaurant for 7 : 30 pm. We arrived on time but were told our table was not yet ready. At 8 : 00 pm, we were given a table in the smoking part. I asked to move but I was told there were no other tables. A lot of people were smoking so it was uncomfortable unhealthy.

Our first waiter, Toby, was very polite and helpful. He gave us free drinks for waiting so long. Our food also came quickly and looked nice. When my wife had eaten most of her meal * , she found a dead cockroach in her vegetables. She felt sick and wanted to leave. At first, the waiter told us it was a piece of onion. When we told him that onion does not have legs, he said sorry and took the food away. We asked for the bill, hoping not to pay for my wife's meal. Nobody came. After 15 minutes, I asked to see the manager. The head waiter told us that you were on holiday. I complained again about the terrible cockroach. He told me Toby had left without saying anything. He didn't believe my story and gave a bill for three meals. I argued with him but had to pay.

The waiter, Toby, was always friendly, but I would like your head waiter to say

sorry to me and a full refund for three meals. It cost $ 68, Until then, I will not eat at your restaurant.

You can contact me at 742—3254 or through e - mail if you want more information.

Thank you,

Yours

Raymond Yuer

This is one of the most favourite games among children. To play this game we should make 26 cards. On each of these cards we write an English letter.  And here is an example to show you how we play it:

●First, before we start to play, we decide what the game will be about. For example, we choose to play flowers.

●Next, one of us will mix up(混合) the cards and turn over(翻转) the one on top of them. If the letter on the card happens to(凑巧)be R, we will try to think of a flower which begins with R, like rose, as quickly as we can.

●Then the one who first gives the name of the flower will win the card with R on it. This is done with each of the twenty - six cards.

●In the end the person who has more cards wins the game.

Put the pictures above in right order.
