Nowadays, many parents want to send their children to study in a foreign country. In my opinion, there are some advantages and disadvantages of studying abroad.

There are three advantages of studying abroad. First, it will be much easier to learn a foreign language. Second, it will help them to be independent. Besides, it can make them have many new experiences. Finally, it helps to learn a lot about local customs and broaden their views.

As each coin has two sides, there are also some disadvantages of studying in a foreign country. First, it will cost a lot of money. Second, it may be tiring and boring to live in a new country. What’s more, the child will have to look after himself/herself.

So I think people should take everything into consideration before they decide to send their children to study abroad.
