When you are afraid to sweat for your goal, it’s very easy to find excuses to prove that your end is never to be reached. When your are reluctant to get all yourself out, it’s even easier to accept the bad circumstances. But, if you are willing, and determined to dream the impossible dream, and to take pains to realize your dream, things can be greatly different.

Early in the morning, at noon, or in the evening, in big cities and in the countryside, you can see people running. Men and women, children and teenagers, middle-aged and old people are running. People run everywhere---- along the beaches, through the parks, down the streets, or at the gymnasium. Some people even run in their living rooms.
A few years ago, running was not so popular. In the 1960s, some people would see a runner and ask, “hey, what’s the hurry?” Or they might say to themselves, “Is he all right?” Women almost never ran. If they did, they might hear a man shout, “If I catch you, can I keep you?” But today all this is changing.Today men and women of all ages enjoy running.
